Painted by McMenamins artist Lyle Hehn, "The Conjurers" hangs in the Zues Cafe at the Crystal Hotel and depicts the diverse cast of characters who made the unconventional, sometimes disreputable, history of the building - from the Zakoji family hoteliers to nightclub owners Nate & Tilly Zusman to Flossie and other fabulous queens of the 1970s-90s Gay Triangle.
